DataSmith Patches

There are two self extracting files.

***DataSmith must be closed to run the install.***

One if the customer does not have the Pedigree DataSmith installed. Non Florida will overwrite the pedigree database. ****DO NOT USE ON EXISTING PEDIGREE CUSTOMERS.***

If they are using Pedigree returns. Florida will just update the system files and execute a program to convert the database. Use if Pedigree.mdb exists in DataSmith folder. In either case a DataSmith is required when installing the first time.
