Territory Account Managers

Territory Account Managers (TAMs) are Smith representatives who make scheduled visits based on your pharmacy's needs.

Their purpose is to make sure you are receiving the "Smith" quality of service you deserve as a Smith Drug Company customer. Some of the TAM responsibilities include, showing you new products and promotions, informing you of important dates such as our CE/Gift and Trade Show, any programs and services we offer. In addition, they will keep you up to date on the latest changes with legislation affecting pharmacy practices and the profession.
