Vermont Gov. Phil Scott orders all Vermonters to stay at home

He issued the order Tuesday evening on his office's website. The order will take effect Wednesday at 5 p.m. and will remain in effect until at least April 15.
As of Tuesday, the number of positive COVID-19 cases in Vermont rose to 95, and seven people had died in connection with the virus. The majority of the deaths were associated with an outbreak at a long-term care facility, Burlington Health and Rehab.
