To ensure that your pharmacy is running smoothly at all times, the pharmacy software support/IT help desk is available to you 24 hours a day. Whether you have a question regarding online ordering or a malfunction with hardware, our staff is here to assist with any technical issues you might experience.
If you are unable to resolve your questions through IT Support, your Pharmacy Business Consultant can provide on-site support to ensure that you receive the assistance you need.
Once you click the link, enter their Room ID and click the “Join” button. Once you are at the entrance to their room, enter your name and email address and click “Join Meeting”. If this is your first time using our online Help connection, you will be prompted to download an application that allows you to connect with our Help Desk. Once the application has downloaded, double click it to install and start your Help session.
A Microsoft Windows computer and operating systems is required to use this software.
