While you are on the phone with your support technician, click the link above. Once you click the link, enter the code given to you by your support technician directly under "Join with a code", then click the green arrow button or press enter on your keyboard.

To join your help session, you will need to download and run the support software that allows your support technician to help you.

  1. Your browser should download the app automatically (You may have to click "Save" in a popup window).
    Click on the file in the bottom left corner of your browser window to start launching the app.
     
  2. You may receive a prompt for your consent, Click the "Run" button to launch the app.
